Request Account & Data Deletion

We process all account deletion requests in accordance with user privacy regulations. Please review the details below before submitting your request.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Profile Data Removed

Your name, registered email address, phone number, login credentials, and profile settings will be permanently erased.

Task & Work History

Your assigned tasks, personal task history, notes, and activity logs linked directly to your profile will be removed.

Organizational Logs

Organizational records (e.g., team task updates) will be anonymized or retained as required by company management policies.

Processing Timeframe

Requests are reviewed and processed within 7–30 business days. You can cancel your request within 7 days by contacting support.

Important Notice: Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your access to the Task Management mobile app and web portal will be immediately terminated.
